Who we are

TrueShare ("we", "us") operates trueshare.app and related subdomains. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our marketing site and in the TrueShare product.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, billing details via Paddle.
• Product usage: posts, media, schedules, and connected social accounts you authorize.
• Marketing site: contact form submissions, analytics cookies, and server logs.
• Support: messages you send to [email protected] or in-app chat.

How we use information

We use data to provide the service, process payments, improve features, respond to enquiries, and send product updates you opt into.

Social network data

When you connect a social account, we store OAuth tokens and content you choose to schedule. We do not sell social data. Disconnecting a channel revokes publishing access and schedules token deletion per our retention schedule.

Subprocessors

We use Cloudflare (hosting), Paddle (payments), and email providers for transactional messages. A current list is available on request.

Retention

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward for legal and backup purposes.
